All products and services, including memberships at docnz.co.nz, are sold by Ducati Official Club NZ (DOCNZ), located in New Zealand. All prices include relevant taxes.
Prices don’t include extra costs that are completely out of our control—like if your son pinches your merch before you get a chance to wear it. If there are any extra costs, we’ll be in touch. Promise.
Ordering
Products, tickets, and memberships ordered via the DOCNZ PORTAL at https://members.docnz.co.nz, or other sales channels (including email) are subject to these terms.
DOCNZ is not responsible for mistakes caused by member typos, fat fingers, Facebook errors, or any other third-party service provider messing up. Double-check before you hit ‘Buy,’ okay?!
Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm it via email, including info about delivery. Make sure your email is correct so we can keep you in the loop!
Payment Methods
We accept any legal tender (just the usual stuff). You can use most common credit cards to make your purchase. Sorry, no beer, food, or motorcycle parts will be accepted as payment.
Merchandise
We’ve shifted gears to a new MERCH MODEL that’s all about YOU. No more waiting for restocks—get exactly what you want, when you want it.

Once your order is placed, paid for, and address sorted, we’ll start crafting your gear—cool, eh?!
Each item will be made-to-order, packed with Ducati pride, and delivered to your door within 10 working days. 🏍️
Since every piece is custom-made, refunds aren’t available, so make sure you’ve double-checked your size, colour, and details before hitting ‘Buy.’
Delivery Time
We aim to ship every order within 10 working days of purchase. Since your merch is custom-made, it’s one-of-a-kind, and we’ll get it to you ASAP.
We can’t predict exactly how long delivery will take to your little slice of paradise in NZ, but if it’s been more than two weeks since you got the "it’s rolling" email, give us a shout. We’ll get it to you as fast as possible, no matter where you are in this amazing country.
Delivery method and shipping fees
Courier prices are fixed within NZ. Your order will be shipped via eParcel or the best available alternative. If you’ve chosen a standard delivery option but live in a rural area, we’ll be in touch to get some more dosh out of you.
If you’re lucky enough to live on some awesome motorcycling road, there’s a chance your package might even be delivered in person by a Ducati stallion (we’ll keep you posted!).
What else
DOCNZ may update these terms from time to time to keep things running smoothly. Members are responsible for checking the latest delivery and payment details now and then.
